I have some quick and easy recipes for everyone, try it out for fun and pleasure.

A simple moisturizing body scrub – good for dry and dehydrated skin

½ cup sea salt
½ cup olive oil

Mix the ingredients and exfoliate your body. If you wish to continue with a simple moisturizing body wrap / masque, use an over the counter rich creamy body masque, it is more convenient for you.
Simple spread body masque onto your body skin for 10-15 minutes, dip into the warm watered bath tub to wash away the masque. Smooth some body lotion onto your skin if feels dry or you may go without the body lotion.

A simple home made body scrub – good for all skin types.

1 cup natural honey
½ cup black sesame seeds

Mix the ingredients and exfoliate your body. If you wish to continue with a body wrap / masque, use an over the counter readymade yogurt masque, it is more convenient for you.

I saw them make bath salts on a craft show. All you do is use rock salt (you may have to crush it a little), add food coloring and a fragrant oil, stir it up, bottle it, and add a ribbon! Easy, cheap, and a VERY welcome gift.
