i dont feeeling like eating so i take water
and i want to loose/maintain my weight.. is that alright?
b/c i feel fine without eating then

pack your own lunch for school if you prefer not to eat the fatty stuff they serve at many schools...
pack some yogurt, fresh fruit, water, a sandwich with some meat on...so you have some protein.
you need to eat lunch b/c skipping any meal in the day is very unhealthy, and it will trigger a bad habit...so eat...force yourself...or you'll regret it later...

well, unless you are seriously obese, you shouldnt be worrying about weight right now. You could be a little chubby, but then you will grow a foot and it will all fill out!

Now, if you skip lunch, does it affect the rest of your day? If it does, you need to eat.

This could just be a not hungry phase, but it wouldnt hurt to at least try to get a snack, or something to drink besides water to give you energy.

However, if the truth is, you arent hungry because you feel self conscience about your weight, or because people make fun of you, then that might be a problem.

Whoa. That's what I do sometimes. But I realized I start to overeat at supper. And you know after you eat supper, you go to sleep and don't burn the claories, so its worse. So start eating lunch. And don't eat as much supper. Or drink a glass of water before you eat every meal, and it will help you feel fuller, so you wont overeat.

You should at least try to eat something small...
Even if you aren't feeling particularly "hungry".

If you are worried about weight , which you probably shouldn't be, I would suggest:

Some baby carrots (either plain or with some ranch)
Peanuts or pastachios
A small salad
A sliced apple
A piece of grilled chicken

School lunches usually suck anyway, and they are really fatty and greasy...I understand why you don't want to eat there..but maybe you could try bringing a healthy meal from home? maybe some fruits or vegetables... At least try to eat something. :)
