i need help getting ps3 online.?

can anyone help me get my ps3 online plz i need all those codes you have to put in.

Goto settings

Goto network settings

Goto network connection, select enable

Goto Internet connection settings just below internet connection-

Push yes when it says you may be disconnected

Select wired or wireless ( then select auto detect for everything else except security if you have security on your network.) If connecting to a router you may have to reset the router after hooking up the ps3--router without reset button just unplug and replug it in)

For wireless use scan or enter manually

Follow on screen instructions.

Once that is set up return to main menu and go to network near the right

Then once in the internet browser press triangle and goto file and enter the internet address you would like visit.

sure it does and somewhat not something, the only reason you pay attention that on line is extra useful then the PS3 is using the fact 2 motives. reason a million its internet connection runs smoother (via that i mean sometimes on the PS3 that is going to decelerate by way of fact too a lot of human beings on surver. And reason 2 is using the fact microsoft is mad that sony has on line aswell. Oh and somebody suggested that the 360 has issues the PS3 dont have like video chat, chum notification ect. properly he lied the PS3 has all that 2.

The guy above gave you great instructions. I'll add to it, that sometimes that won't work just that easy (in some cases). If you plug in an internet cable directly into PS3 - it won't work. Don't worry - go to a PC store and get yourself a router with VPN support. Install it on your PC, plug in your shiny PS3 -voila! - you're good to go. But do it in case that the above instruction won't work.
