My friend is embarassed about these nickel-sized , callous-like things on the bottom of her feet. She says they hurt sometimes. What are they, how can she get rid of them, and how long will it take?

They are also these things that stick out on the side of each of her largest toes. They are callous-like also, except they are white. What could those be?

They might be corns. There's some bandaid and medicine stuff she could buy. If there just callouses then she needs to change her shoes. I used to get callouses from wearing my Doc's, I havent worn them in years and my feet are baby soft.

Either her skin is too dry there and can cause her skin to have pain when she steps on them. If she is a rough girl(athletic), she can get the callous things that are bubbly. For example, if you do quick movements with your feet, you can push your skin too hard and fast that it will cause these bubbles in your skin. You can pop this bubbles and liquid will come out. To slove this either she can put lotion on her feet to prevent drying or the other is let the callous keep forming and her skin will eventually get used to it and her skin will harden like a rough man's foot. If she play sports, make sure she has socks on and the right shoe and size on. Hope this helps.

This sounds gross, but have her pop the callice things on her toes. Im not sure what to do about the ones on her foot, they can be blisters, mineral deposits on her feet or something. Get them checked out.

Could be bunions or warts or ... callouses. Have her see a podiatrist, especially if they are painful. All of the above can be treated and/or removed.
