NTCO means "Never Try Company". Pal use your brain. The average salary in Ghana is around 100$. How you expect 19000 that too in $. Delete that mail you are going no where if you answer it.

Friend,
Please kindly use your common sense.
In these days when one is finding to get employment with all qualifications and experience etc , if some offers you even without knowing you who you are , because you have not applied, that too at & 19000/ -- per month(MY GOD),,,,,,,,,,who is he?
What does he ask first to do to deposit or send $ 5000 towards incidental expenditure and processing fee.You pay it and forget ...that address you will never find again.
The Eminent Scho;ars in IT fielf working around the clock are not getting 12000 dollars a month..then 19000 dollars a month to a novive...ridiculous.
Don't be a SCAPE GOAT.
REPORT IT AS SPAM.
TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND MAKE THEM ALSO AWARE,DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY OR PERSONAL INFORMATION ESPECIALLY YOUR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
IF YOU GAVE ALREADY TELL THE BANK THAT ALL TRANSACTIONS BE CEASES UNTIL YOU AGAIN INFORM AND TRANSNFER THE AMOUNTS TO SOME OTHER ACCOUNT.
never never GIVE YOUR DETAIS (personal)TO UNKNOWN SOURSES.
DO NOR GO FOR EASY MONEY.NO ONE GIVES ANYTHING FREE.
IF YOU WORL HARD IN A COMPANY AND EARN 10000 BUCKS A MONTH TO THAT FIRM THEY WILL GIVE YOU 2000 BUCKS.NO ONE IS THERE TO GIVE CHARITIES.DO NOT BECOME GULLIBLE.
IMMEDIATELY TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS NOT TO RESPOND AND AFTER REPORTING IT AS SPAM DELETE IT.
PLEASE BE ON GUARD.

I think you have your resume posted on naukri.com. A lot of these apointment letters are recieved with origins in nigeria and ghana. These so called big companies paying big salaries dont even have their own websites. If you notice, they claim that u have to arrange for yur work visa themselves and then they will reimburse it. Right? for details see source

They offer you a job that pays you $19,000 per month and you didn't even apply for the job and they are not going to interview you to see if you are qualified.
Think about this, all you have to do is to give them your
Name
Address
State
Social Security Number (for tax purposes of course)
Date of Birth
Your Checking account number and bank routing number
so they can automatically deposit your check
Yeah, go for it, then wait to see how long it is before your money is gone and you owe thousands for stuff that you never purchased that was delivered overseas.
Of course it is a scam...

How much do you have to pay them to get the job? I'll double their offer if you send me half of what they are asking (just kidding). Isn't the average salary in Ghana something like $19 PM?

One thing I've noticed about the scams, they all use free e-mail accounts, real companies use pay sites or have their own .com.
job@yahoo.com or job@hotmail.com would be scams
job@companyname.com could be real.
