Honey is the only food that never spoils. it may crystallize, but it is still good. Just microwave to for a few seconds. Storing it at room temp is fine, but if you have ant problems you might want to refrigerate it.

honey can be refrigerated but it makes it hard to get out of the container. leave it at room temperature but watch it doesn't turn sugary on you.

Room temp. If it gets old and to thick you can set the container in warm water or carefully warm it in the microwave to thin down. It's still good.

Room temp is fine. If it starts to form too many crystals, or thicken, nuke it a few seconds!
