its not as important as you may think, just be sure that she is getting a balanced diet everyday and try to make it home cooked meals not fast food or take out. my son never liked milk, he was done with his formula at 11 months but we had no worries, he is very healthy with out it.

Give her water to keep her liquids up, and yoghurt for calcium. It really doesn't matter if she has milk or not, as long as it is replaced in her diet with something else. Lots of kids would rather some nice fruit yogurt. Just check the ingredients because she doesn't need sweeteners, real or artificial. And I was reading the other day that those special baby yogurts (apart from being a gimmick) are heated to destroy the healthy bacteria. Plain, full fat, natural yogurt is best, but if she won't have a bar of that (I hate it myself) then you can puree fruit to put in, or a few drips of vanilla essence. It's best to add those sorts of things as close as possible to serving time, rather than buying it already mixed in, because the sugars in the fruit kill off the good bacteria.

i think you can try to use the cup with colourful picture or lovable to let her interesting about it, than talking with her to put the milk in front of her, also you can say it can making you growing up been like big kid now. Sometime the kid will think brushing teeth before bed times is not usual, so don't let the kid drinking milk duing the bed times.

It feels like he's filling up on milk so. If there are not any scientific motives as to why he's not eating i could propose lowering on milk. ensuring there is juice interior his attain in any respect circumstances, perchance left on a table and enable him know that's there yet do no longer badger him into eating it, he will drink whilst he's thirsty sufficient. sit down him as much as the table with an identical meal through fact something of you yet smaller element so the size of what he's predicted to consume won't scare him. If he won't consume do no longer pressurise him, repeat each and every dinner time. he will consume whilst he's hungry. This worked with my son, I ignored the certainty he started out to consume the nutrition and whilst he spoke of he'd eaten a mouthful I praised him and informed him how proud i replaced into of him. He ate greater to impression me. My son additionally pretends there's a monster eating his dinner whilst i glance faraway from him. He thinks its hilarious whilst i glance below the table for the monster to tell himoff for eating his meal.

This may sound odd, but add a few drops of food color in it and don't call it milk. Add some red (it turns milk pink) and call it Princess Juice, add green after you read her Green Eggs and Ham. My kids loved the colorful drinks and they got their calcium without knowing it!

If she will not drink milk just make sure she is getting dairy from other sources; cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, milk shakes, etc.

If you really want to get her to drink it you could add some flavoring to it. We sometimes at instant breakfast to our 2 year olds, for extra vitamins and a little extra flavor.

Get some Hershey's Syrup and put about half the recommended amount in her milk and tell her chocolate milk is for daytime. By just putting a few drops in she still gets the flavor, but not all of the sugar.
