Its a loan. Spelling will be important on your application for your loan.
At your age, getting that loan may depend on whether you have a job. If you are on your own it may be difficult because they will take your expenses into consideration when determining how much, if any, money they will loan you.
If you have a bank account with a few thousand in it, you may be able to take a secured loan. Whether you need a co-signer will depend on the above things.
If you have a good job, good payment history, not overburdened with debt/expenses, then you will be able to get some sort of loan.
Check into tuition assistance and college grants of all sorts. You may find an organization or something that will give you money that you dont have to pay back, or student loans you dont know about. Check with your library. They often have the forms right there.

Look at FAFSA. It is a place that you can go to for grants, loans and scholarships. A lot of the schools (not all) in the US require you to apply for it before you can enroll. Those loans also have lower interest rates than a normal loan. Check it out.
