God listens and answers the prayers of those who love and honor Him with their lives. However, Psalms 66:18 states, "If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me". This is the evidence that He will not listen or answer prayers of the ungodly.

If I were God... I would do things exactly like God is doing already. The bible says to pray that God's will be done... not to pray gimme gimme gimme. With billions of people on earth and lots of prophecies to fullfil. I would only answer serious prayers only. Even one of Gods best prophets... Daniel prayed 21 days before he was answered

yeah i really don't think God defines HELP the same as we do. And how many times have prayers been answered and we forget to say thank you? we say wow, what a great job I did.

God listens to all humanity, whether or not they pray to him. He listens more intently to those who do not pray, and do not believe. It is far easier to help those who call on his name than it is to condemn those who do not, therefore more attention needs to be given these. All those who know him also know his word.

No. Since I'm all knowing, I already knew what was going to happen to them when I created the universe. Whatever happens to them has been planned to happen.

I was god people did not have to pray. I would know their needs and wants and would take care of that. I would know that getting sick or loosing a child or getting killed is not wat people want and it would not happen.
