The UN is toothless....they have no power or influence anymore...Even though Mexico feels like they can interfere with US Sovereignty, We really shouldnt be trying to dictate to them either...

Unfortunately, the UN's humanitarian section is busy attempting to assist with the truly poor and oppressive nations without the resources Mexico has to pay much attention to Mexico, although UN reports denounce Mexico's lack of proper humane services.
They should insist on it, but to do so would divert people from the truly needy nations.
Mexico's lack of humane treatment for their own people is inexcusable and at the very least the UN loudly denounce their poor humanitarian practices, hold them as an example compared to the poor nations that are actually trying to improve.

I agree. If any country has millions of people fleeing it, claiming to some kind of refugee, it deserves the attention and the condemnation of the U.N.
Now they are massing on the Canadian border due to some kind of disinformation campaign, claiming to be refugees from both Mexico AND the U.S.
It's very sad, but Mexico is NOT poor!!
