As of 2005, all Toyotas have "Super Long Life Coolant" which is good for 100,000 miles. When you replace it, only put back the same coolant and it will last that long again.

usually a recommended coolant flush and change is about every 4 years. Newer cars are suppose to be able to go even longer without changes in the fluid. The best way to find out is to look at the glovebox manual. If you have none then go to toyota's webcite and look up maintenance for you specific vehicle. Its categorized by how many miles you car has.

NEVER let your cooling syatem be flushed. It will stir up all the sediment in rhe system and it will likely cause your radiator to become plugged. If you must change coolant, drain the system and refill it.
