no, They should be given an equal, decent, fair, broad, proper education.
They should ban e-numbers from the toxic foods they eat in that country.
They should promote exercise and walking instead of using cars to drive to the end of the road.
All of this will hopefully make them brighter and more aware, and then if they want to smoke grass, at least they have made an educated decision about it.

What made you think anything would make them brighter?
They're Americans...well i've got nothing much to say.. about potheads.. as much as i do about American Youths..
Oh well but that's just being me.. I country-bash.. it's better than all the religion-bashing and racism going on here on Y!A...

Yes!! Then at least you would have all the youth of America very calm and happy,,their appetites would improve,,mom will be happy about that,,you know they all worry about their little soldiers not eating enough,,kids would go back to making music in the garages,get togethers such as parties,,even I remember going to parties in Huntingdon Beach,,they were great,,I think it would keeps the kids mellow,,their dress sense would improve,,as opposed to not giving them pot,,they might all be getting so stressed out with society the way it is these days,,the world is going crazy,,we don't need anymore anger around us,,yeah get the kids of America stoned..I'm bad huh?
