It might; you could try it and see how the pig reacts. If it's an ultrasonic type repeller, the pig might get used to it.
My dad had an electronic rat repeller in the garage, and the rats all stayed at least one foot away from it. Obviously even they got pretty used to it.

it might, i don't know too much about it but i would suggest not keeping the guinea pig in the same room as the repeller, read the warnings on the can, and try looking it up on google about other animal cautions

it probably wilol because rat repeller is designed to kill rodents
ie. the guinea pig is a rodent

Ours is supposed to keep mice and rats away and it doesn't seem to bother my pet rats or my guinea pigs. That is if you are talking about the sound type ones.
