Opposites don't really attract. People attract when they "get" each other. Simply put, the 'good girl' isn't really a good girl at all just bad meek and wants to share in the bad boys 'power'.

Morals
Bad guys might go out with bad girls but mostly for sexual purposes. Good girls are more girlfriend or wife material.

Probably the fact that they like bad boys -- especially when no one else will.
And the fact that they are naive and far too trusting.
