Don't let the rude people throw you off. Tell your fiancee to get a lawyer and go about getting a fiancee visa I am not sure what it is called... Just because you were deported does not mean that you will be denied there are various factors that will go into play. To bad people can't be mature about people who are asking honest questions.

Deported? or did you agree to "Voluntary Removal"? Was the overstay more than 6 months or a year?
You may re-apply for a B-2 visa in your home country. They may deny it, but you could also go for a K-1 if you want to marry. If the overstay was too long or you had a formal deportation, you will need a 601 waiver.
Good Luck.

The U.S.A. is nice, very nice. It compares among nations of the world like a really tight, small agrarian county with fairs, town hall meetings and such. But it is NOT the only place on earth with hope. Your fiancee can come to you, you can both relocate, it's a big planet. Honestly, I certainly DO wish you the best, without hesitation! But...
As answers above stated, if you return illegally and are apprehended, you'll be charged with a felony.
Proudly take your bride with you, set up sister city alliances with synergistic towns in the U.S. and other advanced nations, get involved in your local politics and MAKE A DIFFERENCE! Power always concentrates! Power Corrupts! Absolute Power Corrupts Absolutely!
It's up to us, all citizens of all countries, to do something about it. Now, get out there and do your darnedest!

Once you are deported it becomes MUCH more difficult. Usually you have to wait 5 years minimum before you can return. Most have to wait 8 years. It will probably be easier for her to come to you. Overstaying was a BAD idea.

For a deportee to get another visa would probably take time (8 years?). Well, it really unfortunate that you violated the trust they gave you. Now you are in big trouble! Forget your fiancee! She might be the real cause for your trouble.

Your case should be advertised. An example. If someone is here illegally there can be no excuse for overstaying.
So those here illegally to begin with and others intending to come here illegally should take note.
The USA cannot take on the problems of the entire world.
