i downloaded a file. it needs adobe acrobat reader which i have on my pc and winrar. however it says there was an error processing the page. a font contains a bad emap /encoding. what does this mean and what do i have to do? please bear in ming i barely know how to switch my computer on! thanbks in advance.

it probably means it was a bogus file or possibly u need a later version of adobe reader ..

Just go to Adobe.com and download the latest Adobe Reader

well first u have to double the ion processor memory to format the adobe reader to and extent that u will be able to read the IP address and then download a duplicate file from the windows corp using Winesap.

Either the pdf you downloaded is faulty or your Acrobat Reader is faulty.

I suggest you try to open a pdf you know is good. If it opens, your downloaded pdf is faulty and downloading it again may help.

If you cannot open the good pdf, the Acrobat Reader is bad. Go to www.adobe.com and download their latest version.

you know what BUY A MAC i not just saying this because i trying to be funny serciusly i LOVEEEE!!!!!!! mine and there no problems with it
ps adobe reader is better, microsoft can be runned on it well heck windows operating system can be runned on it i REALLY think u should consider it

Try updating your reader. Maybe you have an old version.

Uninstall and reinstall the file,then restart your computer.It should work then.
