first off let me tell you that there is no pill and no magic diet or remedy that will help you loose weight (unless you have gastric bypass which i am sure you do not need.) people often loose sight of how weight is put on (you are taking in more calories than you burn off). the only way loose weight is by eating right and exercise. the easiest part of this is of course to change your diet. make a conscious effort to reduce your caloric intake and keep track of everything you eat. if you are able to do this, then try to incorporate exercise into your diet two or three times a week. the last thing is drink plenty of water (its filling and you will want to eat less). good luck!

Hi. I am a 19 year old boy, too. You sound very nice. There are several reasons if you are gaining weight. If your height is increasing, this is normal and not to worry about. 125 still seems very thin to me. I weigh about your weight, but I am probably a few inches tallr than u. I am 5' 8" and I weigh 128 lbs. (I eat very light and burn 1,400 calories+ each day when I excercise)
My advice is to burn alot of calories each day when you excersise. Also, eat light, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Limit carbs. Eat light, high protein meat (salmon, LIGHT meat), VEGETABLES and FRUITS (limit potatoes and carrorts, beets high in carbs) and drink WATER or calorie free iced tea.

Simple.Change the way you eat.
Change these food items to the healthier option

chips - grapes, sliced cucumber, carrots, sliced apples, raisins, and so on

soda - orange juice, water, green tea, cranberry juice, grape juice, coffee

hamburger - half a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread (no mayo)

Just to give you some idea of a healthier and less fattening diet that doesn't require allot of time to prepare.

What habits have changed from last year to this year? Examine your lifestyle and diet. Have your food choices changes? If so, the new food you’re eating does not agree with you. Are you lying around more? Ask yourself these types of questions and you should find the problem yourself. Try weightwatchers or some other kind of group support thing. It will be helpful to have the support of others and you can lose weight even if you don't have a lot of time to work out.

You are going to have to watch what you eat, untill you can exercise. If you can't burn off calories, then you need to cut down how many you take in.
