It depends on if you are a community property state. If so yes, if not know. You need to find this out for that part of the answer. However as her executor if she dies you would be responsible for paying any outstanding bills upon her demise.

you wouldn't be accountable for her debt if you had nothing to do with the card. BUT if you're on there as an authorized user you would be responsible for part of the debt.

You are her husband and bills are looked as being a couples responsibility in most places.

Do not know where you live but here in Ohio you are responsible for all marital debt.
