Sounds like you are going on a cruise I did last year. Thy this web page:

www.caribbeanportreviews.com

Scroll down a bit, the ports are listed on the left in blue letters.

Have fun!

I went to this place in Antigua, I like to water ski and kayak, we did both and got pulled behind the boat on an inflatable raft. It was totally wild and a nice place, the food was so-so and the drinks were good:

And setashort is right, the cruise line will have some offerings. The positive is they take you there and bring you back, no logistics and no chance of missing the ship. The down side is sometimes those places are crowded. In Nassau I wish I had gone to the beach the ship offered. Instead we got in a cab and asked him to take us to a beach. He took us to a hotel with a very nice beach, but it was all inclusive so we couldn't get any drinks or food there, we had to walk down to beach until we found the place where the people from the cruise were.

I'm going to the Western Caribbean on a cruise in mid-November, I can't wait!

Many crusie lines offer tours to the greatest beaches on the island and offer you transportion. Usually with crusies there is a big meeting where they tell you what and what not to do, buy and see. Once on board you will be able to talk to your director and they have tons of info and great tips on what to do.
