Flash him a smile, seem interested in EVERYTHING he says, lightly caress his hand, twirl your hair, lick your lips... There are so many things you can do to grab a guy's attention. Hopefully your "boobage" is perfect and your lips are nice and glossed... But more than anything, act natural! Nothings sexier than that!

Get him to touch you in some way. Rub the back of your neck or shoulders and say how much you need a massage. Hopefully he'll volunteer. Then invite him to continue at your place.
Or, if you're not that forward, ask him if he believes in palm reading, and pick up his hand, tracing the lines with your fingers. Make stuff up. :) This might lead to holding hands.
Then there's always the "I'm cold" excuse, which lets you scoot next to him and him put his arm around you.

Wear something hot and low cut...really dress it up and be your best (smell good, nice hair) and then when you're chatting it up, keep leaning closer and be interested in what he is saying...maybe casually putting your hand on his leg when he says something clever or funny and then just take it from there. Be your best, but always be yourself. Only do something if it feels right/natural and you don't have to fake it. It's not worth it otherwise!
