my friend has like the hairest armpits in the world!! she asked me to help her. what should i tell her??

Wax or Pluck. If you shave it, I comes back so dark and it makes your skin dark too. Shaving should only be done once in a while or every few months. Otherwise, wax or pluck. It doesn't hurt with the waxing or plucking if you start really early and pull it in the right direction.

I would tell her to shave it off, but first to start with a razor, then if she wants to, pluck or wax. But I think a razor is better to stick with.
