What do you do with dead ends? lol Cut them off?
Basically we are to take care of our bodies. For example, if you don’t put the right kind of fuel in a car, it simply won’t run. Same with making sure our bodies get enough exercise to keep it in good working order. You might know that, if you don’t drive a car but simply leave it parked in the garage, it won’t run very well. You won’t be able to depend on it when you need it. Well, our body is no different. We need to use it. The more we use it, the better it runs.

My body is a thing that nature produced and I use. What is defacing to you is decoration to me. Do you decorate your tree during the winter solstice, which you incorrectly call Christmas? BTW, right now I'm to the left of my bed and to the right of my window.

Geez kid, you're hilarious! Give it a rest. Is your body in peak physical condition, free of all impurities, twinkies, and big macs? I'm not trying to be rude, really, I'm just making the point that "defacing" your body comes in many forms. I don't even know what you mean by your added comments...
