yea....i have one on my arm and lower leg and 2 stars on my lower pelvis....but it does hurt....it also depends on your pain tolorence....if pain dosent bother you than it'll be nothing..but i think your first tat is always the worst. my leg one wuz my first and it was bad.....lyk my leg was shaking frm the pain. but my arm one wuz nothing coz i knew what it felt like, i didnt evn flinch when they started. it will prolly hurt most when they go over the bone, and btw. TAT'S R ADDICTIVE!!!!!!!!! it's not a myth, they really are, and 9 times outta 10 you will get another. P.S. dont listen to thoes other ppl talking about your gonna regret getting one. body art is cool, and im proud of my tats. i show them off whenevr possible...lol but think carefully and make sure whatever you get is something you want on you for the rest of your life.....when your 100% sure make sure the artist does exactly what you want ::this is your decision not anybody elses so be as anal as you want:: it's the best feeling ever, and you will wanna show it off.....P.S. it will itch afterwards, and peel for lyk 2 weeks.....lol

I went to see my friend get a tattoo and never in a million years did I think I would've gotten one...long story short I was getting a divorce and I got a peace sign in ivy leaves with a red rose on bottom of it to represent a peace of mind...and it's on my right top side of back just below shoulder blade...yes it hurt cause it was my 1st time...but just the outline hurt and then the actual coloring in was sort of numb by then...took a little over 1 1/2 hours...but remember...everybody has different pain thresholds...it's mind over matter...talk while your getting it done or read a smut mag or something...the 1st time hurts only cause you don't know what to expect...go into it with this knowledge and it won't hurt as bad...keep repeating the pain is only temporary...have fun....

It depends on how much pain you can tolerate but I just got a tattoo on my shoulder blade like 3months ago and it didnt hurt at all.

this is a painful place yet its well worth it each tattoo will injury some better than others yet once you like it then choose for it dnt enable discomfort get on your way of having exceptionally ink (: some thing to distract you for the duration of it may well be having a chum there which you would be able to squeze there hand and concentration on one ingredient a purely think of roughly it and deep concept like i appeared at a button on my acquaintances jacket i purely concept the place it got here from who made it and so on it rele helped and speaking helps a ton i had a quiet tattoo artist it made it worst!

The pain would be at the beginning but that is because you will think it will hurt. It doesn't hurt much...after a while it will feel good. It fells like a tingling on the skin. Hope you like your new tattoo.

Pain is relative to the individual.
My shoudler didn't hurt at all. It was the 2nd tattoo out of my 6 that I fell asleep during.

not really. i have had my whole back tattooed and of the whole thing the shoulderblades were the least painful in my opinion but other things factor in to pain like how many needles are used. the larger the grouping of needles the more it hurts.
good luck!

Nah, it's not too bad. It's tolerable. The only thing that really bothered me was when she first turned the machine on haha I jumped, and the first few strokes were the worst, but other than that, it wasnt bad at all. (and im a wimp haha)
