No. I never had a pastor who I agreed with about everything.

No, in fact a good pastor will tell you not to take his word for anything. The Bible even tells us to question, because we like the Bereans of old, look through the scriptures to see what he says is true
Acts 17:11
Now the Bereans were of more noble character than the Thessalonians, for they received the message with great eagerness and examined the Scriptures every day to see if what Paul said was true.

As a Christian, I study the scriptures to see if what I am saying is even true or not. I certainly will not make any exceptions for any 'man of God' no matter what position he holds. I have taught my children not to accept the word of anyone - even my own word - without determining the truth of what is being said. My children will question what they don't understand, they will not question to disrupt. The things my children know and understand, are the things they are assured of. Incidentally, my youngest child is seventeen and we have some very interesting conversations from time to time.

No ! He Is human just like we are and Is prone to make mistakes too.But what ever he Preaches MUST line up with the word of God. Now If he Is sharing his opinion apart from the pulpit,then I'll pray about It and let the Holy Spirit lead & guide me.

If he is reading from the bible, yes. If he is giving his opinion on other things, that is his opinion and I may not agree. He reads from the bible, and teaches from the bible, 99% of the time. That's why going to this church transformed my life.

It's not really about believing, its about agreeing or disagreeing since he preaches directly from the bible...
