A summary of Catholic beliefs is contained in the Nicene Creed (from the year 325):

We believe in one God, the Father, the Almighty, maker of heaven and earth, of all that is seen and unseen.

We believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ, the only Son of God, eternally begotten of the Father, God from God, Light from Light, true God from true God, begotten, not made, one in being with the Father. Through Him all things were made. For us and our salvation He came down from heaven: by the power of the Holy Spirit, He was born of the Virgin Mary, and became man. For our sake He was crucified under Pontius Pilate; He suffered, died, and was buried. On the third day He rose again in fulfillment of the scriptures: He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again in glory to judge the living and the dead, and his kingdom will have no end.

We believe in the Holy Spirit, the Lord, the giver of life, who proceeds from the Father and the Son. With the Father and the Son, He is worshiped and glorified. He has spoken through the Prophets. We believe in one, holy, catholic, and apostolic Church. We acknowledge one baptism for the forgiveness of sins. We look for the resurrection of the dead, and the life of the world to come. Amen.

With love in Christ.

We believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of Heaven and earth;
and in Jesus Christ, His only Son Our Lord,
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Blessed Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.
He descended into Hell; the third day He rose again from the dead;
He ascended into Heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God, the Father almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead.
We believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body and life everlasting.
Amen.

The Roman church believes that: the Pope as the vicar of Christ [Christians believe that the Bible is the ultimate authority (2 Timothy 3:16)]; they also believe that:
their traditions have equal authority with the Bible [Christians believe traditions of man cause error (Matthew 15:3)];
that Mary is co-regent of Jesus [Christians believe that Mary was blessed, but human (Luke 11:27-28);
that priests/Mary are mediators [Christians believe there that only Jesus is Mediator (1 Timothy 2:5)]
that transubstatiation recrucifies Christ at the communion [Christians believe Christ died once only (Hebrews 6:6)];
that Mary remained a virgin - Christians believe she had siblings (Mark 6:3)];
that the Pope can canonizes those to be called "saints" [Christians believe all believers are saints (Philippians 1:1)]; Celibacy is enforced on priests and bishops [Christians believe they can be married (1 Timothy 3:2-5)];
that Peter was the first Pope and not married [Christians believe that was married (Mark 1:30)];
Romanism encourages bowing down to graven images - idolatry [Christians do not do this (1 John 5:21)];
that Mary was without sin [Christians believe only Jesus was without sin (Romans 5:12];
that justification is an anathema (Council of Trent) - Christians believe we are justified by faith (Romans 3:28); that Peter was the foundation (rock) of the church - Christians believe only Christ is that foundation Rock] .

You know (of) the Apostles Creed? Or the Nicene Creed? It latter is recited at every catholic Mass precisely because it is our Faith in a nutshell.

We believe that we are sinners that are saved through the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. We believe in the Trinity. We believe in the entire Scriptures which we proclaim in the Apostle's Creed.
