Ingrid's Grandmother will always be there in memory and spirit, the only thing that's gone is her body.

Dear God Almighty, send Ingrid the comforting touch of her Grandmother, and that she would understand that it's never the end when we arrive to the other side, but the beginning of our destiny. That Ingrid would understand that through prayer, through God, Jesus Christ her grandmother can hear, and her grandmother can be sent to comfort when needed.

Even when we cannot see how, God can provide for us in the way He know is best for us....... and it may be different for us all.

Peace ~!~
~God Bless!

Lord God,
We thank you first for the time you gave for Ingrid to share with her grandmother. We thank you for the love they shared and so now we ask that in this time when her heart is saddened that you in your Love and mercy will comfort her and the family remaining. Bless her and keep her, make your face to shine upon her and give her peace. Let her ashes of mourning be turned to clothing of joy and praise.
In Jesus most precious and holy name,
Amen

Psalm 116:15 Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of his saints.

Isaiah 25:8 The LORD All-Powerful will destroy the power of death and wipe away all tears. No longer will his people be insulted everywhere. The LORD has spoken!

John 11:25 Jesus then said, "I am the one who raises the dead to life! Everyone who has faith in me will live, even if they die.

Revelations 21:4 He will wipe all tears from their eyes, and there will be no more death, suffering, crying, or pain. These things of the past are gone forever.

Father God - God of all comfort - send your Holy Spirit to this dear family. Put Your loving arms around tham at this sad time. Give them peace in the midst of sorrow and the oil of gladness in exchange for their mourning. Walk the coming days close to them, so they know You are with them. In Jesus' name, AMEN.

Peace.

Words of Encouragement
Paul noted that God revealed details about what happens after death to encourage and comfort us, to give us hope in times of personal loss, that we not "sorrow as others who have no hope" (1 Thessalonians 4:13). God's promise of eternal life is certain; we can safely trust in it as long as we are faithful to Him. Writing to a fellow minister, Paul spoke of his confidence in the "hope of eternal life which God, who cannot lie, promised before time began" (Titus 1:2).
When a family member or friend dies, there is no denying the sense of loneliness and emptiness and the feeling of unfinished business—that we should have said or done more. Gaining a more—complete understanding of death and life can help us face our own mortality. We find courage, comfort and hope by viewing life in a larger context. We realize that, just as our present existence is temporary, so is death. A time is coming when we will reunite with those who have died and renew our relationships.
Although adjusting to the loss and loneliness caused by death takes time, we need to remember that even this most extreme experience does not separate us or our loved ones from God's plan or His love: "For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, . . . nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord” (Romans 8:38-39).

Sorry, that your friend lost her Grandmother. But if this question prompted a large number of people to pray for her, what do you suppose would happen? What's the result you're looking for?

Of course I will ask God's comfort be with the friend of whom you speak. Please excuse the use of your question to attempt to make a point related to another matter. You frequently talk about "love" and I recall responding recently to one such question asked by you wherein I stated that I am not able to grasp the concept of love as was context-ed in your question. One of your responders to your request for prayer in this question for a friend provides an exceptional opportunity to illustrate precisely what I meant by my statement. I can not bring myself to a point where I can "love" your responder called "wwe_211," who wrote, "Sorry black dude...." There are surely racial differences in America, but division regarding compassion should never be made to be one of those differences. Can you love this guy? If so, you're a better man than me. God has to love him for me because I can't.

Certainly. I'll do it in Portuguese because I know that God does understand my language (BRAZIL). I'll be praying for you too. Read Job 42:10-11, It shows how much God blessed Job for praying for his friends.
