Yes. 13 is way past the notice boobs stage.

Even more then me, and I'm 26, BUT since you guys are youngins some are SO uncomfrontable with the fact they'll hide it. And some... well havn't quite matured yet. So this is a blurred age range, most thou when they do mature to that point, would say, "HECK YEA"!
