It is called "Relativity" and it was done in December of 1953 by M. C. Escher. (Maurits Cornelis Escher).

The way it was created was by lithography.

It was done by a guy named, M.C. Escher. It is a lithograph done in 1953. A lithograph is a kind of print. Prints are made from an original piece of art by first making a negative of it. The negative is then made into a print plate. The individual prints are then made by inking the plate and using a press to stamp them out.
