Ok english and americans are not the same!! so you thinking the asker of the question is a moron? then you are just pointing the finger the wrong way!!! Yes i believe the asker is right. Jesus couldn't have been english. He was god's son and since Mary didn't have a penis inside of her the ethnicity shouldn't be counted english.

I agree that Jesus couldn't have been English because in the Bible it states, that Jesus was born a Hebrew. Which means he is Jewish, not English.

Funny, and I thought it was because the English, as a nationality didn't exist when Jesus walked the earth. Silly me.

Are you trying to make a case that he might have been Jewish?
That can't be true as I have seen the pictures and he looks English, even without socks.

I'm American and don't wear socks with my sandals. What does being English have to do with socks and sandals and a lack thereof?

Well, that and the whole not-being-born-in-England thing.
I was going to give you a hard time about what 'sandles' are, but your cute little fuzzy LEMUR face is just so cute and fuzzy I think I just need to snuggle you instead.
((snuggle))
