I used to eat my dog's food all the time when I was a kid. I'm still OK.

First, nah, never really been tempted by kibble but there are some gourmet dog cookies that I would to sink my teeth in.
Second, have you ever read or seen ''Running with Scissors''? there is a part in there where the dr's wife is sitting on the couch with the bag of kibble munching away.

Health-wise, I'm sure it's fine. There is nothing in there that is going to harm you. I have tasted my dog's cookies and hard food pellets just out of curiousity and they kinda' tasted like cardboard shavings. Not very tasty if you ask me. I think I'll stick to human food...

I had a roommate in college who at milkbones with peanut butter. He didn't die, so I guess it's okay. And to answer your question, no I have not ever been tempted to eat dog food.

No, but my 10 year old son, when he was 2, ate a "beggin strip" for our dog. My older brother ate dog food when he was 16. It didn't seem to hurt either one.

my husband taste tests the dogs foods, he will not feed our dogs anything unless he likes the taste of it. sounds silly but we have a 12 year old lab greyhound cross that is very healthy and all of his dogs before we were married lived longer then there breed suggested,and he is a healthy old man to.

I've eatin dry dog and cat food and it's not that bad.
The can stuff smells really good but i've never tried it.

I used to eat Milk Bones when i was a kid.
I'm 50 now, so i guess they didnt hurt me.
