I am 13 and i am pretty sure this girl likes me the way she acts.
She always says how she loves my eyes and all that but how do i ask her out!? and what should i say?!?!?

Ask first if she is allowed to go on dates at 13 ? Then ask her what movie she might like to see? Then go to the Matinee(it costs much less than in evening) and if she likes Arcade gaming you have time to go after. Mostly gain the self confidence you need to talk openly with her and others. -Well heres one suggestion you go up to her and tell her that you want to get to know her better and ask her out to the movies or something.
-If she starts to look at you funny that means she doesnt know what to say and so just quickly say that you just want to be friends and take her out.
-I know that thats not the way you want it to go but a good friendship can go a long way and who knows? It might turn into something more!
-P.S. This is all coming from a 12 year old girl!

Aww, I remember crushes at the age 13..they are a rush.
What you do is just ask her if she wants to hang out sometime.

Tell her that you'd like to be her friend and go out with her. Ask her what she prefer to do and she doesn't want to choose, invite her to go to the movies, roller skating, to eat, etc. Good luck and don't be nervous. Girls are adorable and she'll help you any way she can.

the main thing that you have to remember is that you need to be yourself! if she is acting the way you're describing then she likes you, so just be you. I know it can be hard to ask a person out but just be real. figure out something you would like to do with this person (movies, etc) and ask them if they would like to go. simple as that. the worst thing she can tell you is no and your parents do that to you all the time! no big deal!! get to know her first by hanging out, then if you're interested in dating this girl, ask her! go for it but don't make it a big deal otherwise you'll freak yourself out!

and take her hands into yours
look deep inot her eyes and ask her.
shell be a sucker for it.
and if she REALLY likes you...shell answer quickly.
dont be scared of being rejected.
its not that bad, and theres always someone better out there.

tell the girl a compliment and if she says thanks and looks at u like she likes u, smile and make a long conversation. after that give her ur cell or home phone number and ask her to somewhere fun like the park or just for a walk

strange, my friends name is emily and shes crushing on a guy lol anyway simply send her a note on what you think about her and get a friend to give it to her but make sure ur friend gives it to her when no one is around ok?
