I start school at 9;30am and i need to eat my brekkie at 8;30am. and it need s 2 keep me ull for 4 hrs or more. ive been eating frenchh chocolate croissants, but.. they are very high in sat. fat, and i have been eating too many of them, and if i carry on i will probs gain lot of weight. xx please help thankyou. x

Try a couple of bowls of Special K or Total, both have allot of fiber which should help you get through , also try drinking a few glasses of water as well although that might make you have to go to the bathroom and that's no good while you are in class.

Hi there. I had the same problem working in EMS. I was used to eating at any giving moment. What helprd me stay with less hunger was to dicipline myself to eating small portions till my stomach adapted. Now i can eat a meal bar with a shake, and I'm satisfied till lunch. Eggs for breakfast is good, but not everyday because they have too much cholesterol. Maybe some toast or a bagel and some fresh fruit. Or yogurt and granola.

Protein will last the longest because it takes the longest to digest, so eggs, any kind, along with some healthy carbs, whole wheat toast, things like that.

Try Post cereal's Honey Nut Shredded Wheat! Their slogan is "Why Diet Hungry?"It's very filling and stays with me all morning!

Apparently - according to the Brit glossies, it's Scots porridge oats! That means eat porridge every day. I hate it so try it with syrup or maple syrup added.

um u lucky ma school start at 8:15 i would say poptarts they keep mi full and cerial too dats wuts let me stay no hungry till lunch wich is at 10:59
