I know this is definitely not "healthy" meaning with the lack of fruits and veggies and that other fat loaded stuff but today was one of my bad days I just want to know if I ate to much

I'm 5'3 and 115.

I was running late for work and couldn't eat breakfast but I grabbed a bottle of water at a convince store

For lunch , It was late so I had 15 carrots and a bottle of water

For Dinner, I had a bowl of ravioli Florentine ( its spinach, ravioli, and butter basically)

and a snack between lunch and dinner I had a handful of candy corn.. darn office snack bowls!

And I'll probably eat fruit and yogurt at 8 tonight

Please no hard comments usually I eat all my fruits and veggies.. I'm very picky about healthy eating.. but today was one of those days! No good food around the house and not enough time to eat! =p

It's not too terrible. It's not healthy and it is fatty, but I don't think you really ate too much. One terrible day won't kill you, as long as you don't let it become a terrible week that turns into a terrible month.
Try to keep some instant oatmeal packs, some fruit, or some granola or power bars in your office. This is really helpful when you forget your lunch or when you don't have time to eat a proper meal.

ok so you kinda blew the healthy eating today. try harder to eat healthy for the next few days. convenience stores have nutragrain bars. you could have gotten one for breakfast with your water. try packing your lunch and snacks the nigth before. that's what I do so I know I'm taking healthy foods the next day.

it is a mixture of issues--regularly it is too little exercising (by way of too plenty convenience of "non-actual" events and pastimes, loss of perfect social places TO get exercising like parks and sidewalks, and so on.) and having nutrition thank you to handy. Plus we are continually uncovered to it---billboards, television/Radio, eating place classified ads, in line at verify-out counters, merchandising machines, on line. once you're continually uncovered to it, you are going to be continually questioning approximately it. And the extra you think of approximately something, the extra you will tend to work together in despite it is you're questioning approximately--nutrition, activities, television, and so on.. i for my area hate that area of u . s . a .. we are so severe; it is the two those "well being-nuts" who're captivated with monitoring each and every thing or those people who do not comprehend or do not care and are captivated with ingesting each and every thing. Then there are human beings like me, who grew up around the two varieties of human beings, and now I have not have been given any thought myself quite a thank you to shield issues like nutrition and consequently warfare plenty. i comprehend what's healthful and sturdy, and assorted the time i will shop on with it, yet often times seeing classified ads for an incredible chocolate cake or somebody else ingesting it, I start to think of, "i've got been quite healthful at present. and that i've got been putting assorted time into college. Plus I merely aced that huge examination... perhaps I deserve it." and then that piece of chocolate cake will become 2 products, and growth I (somebody who eats fruit & oatmeal for breakfast and salads for dinner, and runs 6 miles various circumstances each and every week plus power trains) merely grow to be between the lazy individuals. it is a curler coaster. and that i might quite prefer to get off.
