same god. This obviously presents some serious problems for the Fundies of all the different religions. And it necessitates the following question: With all the different religions, there can be only two possibilities as to how many are valid....one or none. Which is it?

The answer is obvious to anyone who thinks straight.

Religious people don't by definition so when you ask them which is the one true faith at least you'll always get the same answer -

"Ours!"

There's a problem with that chain of logic, and a lot of assumptions being made, too.

The only obvious link with all religions is that there is strong evidence of the struggle within humanity to seek out the divinity that we know exists to our core. Where that search leads us (ideally to the one God) is, unfortunately not a given.
Conclusions people draw about this search for truth can, and often are shadowed by cultural influences. (Our inability to clearly comprehend the truth on our own is a key part of why Jesus had to come.)

C.S. Lewis spent the first part of his life studying this as an atheist only to conclude through his significant study that there must be one true God, and Jesus is his risen son. His writings are wonderful and challenging. (Especially "Mere Christianity.")

I would say that the internal motives of people from all religious affiliations to seek God is valid. But, much like people walking in the night without a light, their eventual destination is not guaranteed without guidance. (Jesus, the light of the world.)

There are Millions of gods but there is Only One True God. Not all Religions Worship this One True God because that would be chaotic, Plus Jehovah is not a God of disorder and confusion. (1 Corinthians 14:33)

Here is what I believe about God: Our bodies are made up of thousands of individual cells. each cell has a different job and makes up different parts of us. Now each one of those individual cells make up one body. God is the same way. I believe there are multiple entities that make up one single mind. Each entity is in charge of a different area. Creation, Destruction, Judgement, etc. Even the bible mentions that there are other Gods

Genesis 1:26 Then God said, "Let US make man in OUR image, in OUR likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground."

Psalms 82:1 God presides in the great assembly; he gives judgment among the "gods"

Psalms 95:3 For the LORD is the great God, the great King above all gods.

There are many paths to spirituality and each various religion offers their own route to getting in touch with God, or, sometimes, the God within us. The Sikh religion is based on that premise - that there is one God and all religions are saying the same thing in that regard.

the first Commandment says:

"Thou shalt not have no other gods before Me".

There is only One True God, and that is God Himself. There are many false gods, false prophets, and false religions in the world.

Jesus Chris† Himself said, "I am the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except though Me."

Not true. There is only one God, but not all religions worship him, only the ones who know him.

Easily solved.
There is not only one God. I have no idea why this is so hard to understand either.
Even the bible states this. It states that other gods are "false". THat doesn't make them not REAL. People have false teeth but they still exist.

Maybe the gods take a vacation. Look at Zeus, he's been on vacation for 2000 years.
