I walk outdoors for 3.5 miles a day 5 days a week, but the weather is going to change so I cannot do it (I walk with 2 babies in a jogging stroller, I cannot push the stroller through the snow).

use big stack of books and use that as a stair excercise or do a run in-place excercise

Hello :) Of course! XD Go on an escalator, haha XD And go on one that goes down, and you can walk up it, and you'll never get to the top (unless you actually run really fast, lol). And that way, you're walking forward and backward at the same time, lol =P

There is an exercise where you are pretending to walk up the stairs. All you do is bend your knees up and down at an excellerated pace.

If you have stairs use them.
