It sounds like you may be suffering from panic attacks. These can be dealt with without medication, but you need to talk to your parents and to see a doctor as soon as possible.
I'm not a doctor, so I can't say for sure what's wrong, but please talk to your folks - you'll feel so much better once you've told them, and having a strong support network in place will make your road to recovery so much easier.
I wish you the best of luck, and I hope you're feeling better soon.

If you are under 16 - these things can sometimes happen. Check out the obvious - not too many stimulants - PS / PC games / coffee, red bull, cigs, smokes, any other.
Pluck up the courage and speak to the parent / auntie / nan / sister who you can can confide in. They can monitor how you are over a few months.
My teenage son confided the same in me about 2 years ago now -( it was well scarey PC gaming which played on his mind - and he is no geek - each case is entirely different)
He is absolutely fine now - A1. And I did not stop him playing games - we found our own way around these things. Talking helped.
Please - You need to have a quiet talk to someone who will listen. Well done for plucking up the courage to ask about it.
all the best xx
edit
I can categorically say that you are NOT displaying signs of schizophrenia - not enough information to go on. tsk. Beware of greeks / geeks bearing gifts!!!
ie. please read what you see here with caution - just as you would your horoscope

This could be a number of mental illnesses or it could be nothing. The best way to tell is to go to a professional, preferrably someone who is a psychologist or psychiatrist because GPs tend to just prescribe medication without really knowing. It could be a rapid cycling bipolar disorder, but that is quite rare. It could also be stress induced. Have you experienced any recent trauma? Is there a specific trigger? Definitely talk to your parents or some other trusted adult (like a teacher, school counselor, etc.) Good luck.

Without knowing all the details about your medical history, family background and so on it would be impossible to say exactly what this is. Too easy to jump to conclusions, particularly here.
Have a chat with someone you trust. A doctor or school counsellor would probably be best, but if you don't feel ready for that why not ask a family member or teacher perhaps.

You need to check with your family dr. ...maybe get a brain scan. You could be having petite mal seizures. Or, you could be having psychotic episodes. You just definitely need to get to a dr. and have this checked out. You don't want it to get worse. PLEASE TELL YOUR PARENTS...SOON.
PS I thought of some more things it could possibly be. I thought of the beginning of panic attacks...that's kinda how I started out. I take half mg. of risperdal for them..also for PTSD. Also, you could be allergic to something..food, metals, etc. Also, there might be mold or lead paint in your house. (Now I guess you're REALLY getting paranoid. lol) Don't want to make you that way..just trying to think of all the possibilities. With panic attacks it was always people doing the "surprise attacks" with me (they didn't know they were doing it) They'd say something "out of the blue" that I wasn't expecting..if I'd known before hand, I probably would have been prepared and not reacted. It was always something that "set me off". Later , I'd wonder why I did that. I know I should have stayed away from them, but I wanted friends. It turned out really bad. Hope you find the answer soon. Does it seem like your brain kinda "clicked" and you'd feel this way? That's how it was for me. Also could be a chemical imbalance in your brain. Don't get scared...I've been thru this and I'm still here. Just see a dr. and get help !!

Something is re-stimulating a past incident and that makes you feel bad. Your mind goes from "analytical" into "Reactive" and control is lost. This happens to almost everyone, to a greater or lesser degree and in various circumstances.
Try to spot what occurs just before this sensation occurs and try to avoid it in future.
Dianetic therapy can get rid of the reactive mind, leaving just your good, analytical self. At least read the book "Dianetics" to see if it is for you. It has worked wonders for me!

Two things to consider:
1. Is there some constant "trigger" (event, topic or conversation) that precedes the mood swing?
2. Why haven't you discussed it with your parents?
Feelings of depression, anxiety or paranoia stem from either a situational or physical cause. I suggest you go to a qualified physician and have them help you sort it out.

Why don't you talk to your parents about your problem and ask them to make a doctor's appointment for you. Don't be afraid to seek help. There are many very educated people in the medical field that could help you through this - the sooner the better. OK.
