Butter... look at how much calories at the back and 3500 x 10 is 10 pounds (3500 calories in each pound) so go buy heaps of butter chunks or however many you need to have that amount of calories and thats a lota fat
Butter is what they use to show people how much fats in things at the doctor :S

Personally dont like butter... yuk

Take 10 pounds of Butter...there you have it. Eat pack of butter has 4 sticks, and is equal to one pound. That is how you can see how much 10 pounds is.

Go to the bowling alley and lift up a few 10 pound bowling balls. Kinda eerie knowing that is what it feels like.
