I want to get a video camera and so far I've earned $60 can I get a good video camera or should I earn more money?

no cuz my sis bought a cheap camera and it sux it has like no directions and amillion buttons

You can't. Earn a bit more money, i'm english so use pounds, but my personal camera cost £290 and is good enough for some nice family videos. I'm an experienced television camera person, and my work cameras would be over £2000 at least. It just depends on what you're looking for.
