Most dentists would be very happy if there patients brushed even 1 full minute 2 times a day.
We recommend 2-3 minutes 3 times a day.
3 minute egg timers are a great way to figure out how long that really is.

I brush my teeth once a day--in the morning after i drink coffee--b/c coffee breath reeks and stains your teeth. I brush really good for about 1 min. I brush everyday usually, but I hardly ever floss. I know I should though, I'm going to dental school...

Four to five minutes, and I brush two to three times daily. Staying kissable is important to me.

JOSIE,
THE EASIEST WAY IS TO BUY AN ELECTRIC TOOTHBRUSH WITH A BUILT IN ELECTONIC TIMER.
THESE USUALLY ALWAYS LAST AT LEAST 2 MINUTES AND ARE IDEAL TO USE DAILY.
