When you start walking very fast. it's possible for your heart rate to increase and beat faster to keep up with the strenuous exercise. This fast heart rate might cause heart palpitations and poundings which would account for the ringing in your ears and reverberating in your head.

Of course, the sweat is because of the sympathetic nerves of the autonomic nervous system innervation. Sweat is secreted by glands in the skin when it is necessary to lose excess heat from the body. They are stimulated to do so by sympathetic nerves of the autonomic nervous system when sensors in the hypothalamus are activated by blood reaching it at a higher than normal temperature. This is a natural defense mechanism that the body does thru the hypothalamus to regulate the body temperature. There are also other contexts in which sweating occurs which have a less obvious physiological role — the ‘cold sweat’ of fear, of haemorrhage, and of shock

Your legs ache due to the buildup of lactic acid during exercise. It might be a good idea to pace yourself and slow down; so your walking exercise can last longer. And it wouldn't hurt to condition or warm-up prior to exercise.

Its a little hard to tell given the info you gave. It sounds to me like you have anxiety. Do a search on anxiety and see if the symptoms match yours. As for your legs aching when you walk, that could be a number of things such as; poor diet, blood circulation, lack of calcium and/or protein. You did not mention your age. Are you under allot of stress? You may want to see a doctor for a check up. Maybe have your blood tested for any deficiencies. Hope this helps.

It could be due to nervousness or just that you shouldn't walk so fast because (obviously) it's making something happen in your head which makes you feel dizzy. You could have motion sickness, also. Good luck with that =)
