It probably won't hurt you, but it won't taste good. It will probably be freezer burned. I wouldn't recommend keeping frozen meat longer than 3-6 months, depending on the meat.

Way, way too long in the freezer -- When it doubt; toss it out. Do not prepare it. Next time write on package the date you froze it -- never, ever keep anything more than 2-3 months frozen and expect to eat it. Other items do not even last that long (2 months). Be vigilent -- sure, it probably will not kill you, but yak. You should mark on your calendar, every two months, to check what is in your freezer. Then pitch what is "overdue." Frozen ground turkey is just about the cheapest thing to purchase -- so do not purchase it in large amounts. Fresh is always better. hugs

Probably not. Most of the time it is not packaged real well in the first place. To have it n the freezer for that long, you probably at least have freezer crystals. Just toss it.

Yes --
As long as it doesn't have freezer burn (where the cold freezer air removes the moisture from the meat, turning it into a kind of frozen turkey jerky), then yes...should be fine.
Really, the only threat from turkey is undercooking and not killing the nasties that may be hibernating.
