I was at my brother's wedding last year and after the wedding and reception were over, I helped him and his new bride carry gifts up to their room. He was exhausted and fell asleep on the couch. She looked so beautiful in her wedding gown. I felt so bad that my brother was not going to make love to her. So, I helped her off with her dress and we made love. And now I feel kind of guilty. Should I tell my brother?

Only kind of guilty? Wasn't there anyone else that could have helped her? Has this continued after the initial event? I don't really think you two made love if she just finished marrying your brother.
You may want to consider what will happen if you do tell him. Do you want to tell him just to relieve your own guilt? If that's the case, I would say no because that's just being selfish (again).
