I am 14 and I recently sprained my wrist and I have a carpal tunnel wrist brace that my sister used to use that fits me but I don't want it to hurt my wrist but It feels 10x better than my other wrist brace that I have

It says it can be used for weak, injured or post cast wrists too

I see no reason that you can't use this brace. It's giving you the support that you need and that's all that really matters.

ABSOLUTLY IT'S PERFECT ,IT WILL KEEP YOUR WRIST IN ALIGNMENT,SO IT WILL HEAL PROPERLY,YOU SHOULD ALSO TRY KEEPING IT ON AT NIGHT SO YOU DON'T ACCIDENTLY TWIST IT WHILE SLEEPING.
