has anyone heard of a paranormal spirit called "Incabus"
I have heard that there was a spell that can be place on someone from a friend how says that this is what is happening to her....I don't want the spell that places this on someone, but the one that removes it ....( she realy belives that this is what and who is effecting her and her family) thanks

You're thinking of an incubus, which is basically a male demon that has sex with women in their sleep. The best way to remove it would be to laugh at it. (Seriously.) If that doesn't work, try putting salt in the corners of the effected room(s), and burn sage.

Incubus and sucubus are supposedly demonic spirits that disturb the sleep. Try the Lesser Banishing Ritual.

An "incubus" is a spirit that supposedly visits women and has sex with them in their sleep. (The female equivalent is called a "succubus".) This is medieval nonsense.
What your friend is probably experiencing is "night terrors". This is a sleep disorder that makes you feel as if you are paralyzed in your bed, that you can't breathe, and that there is a presence with you. Your friend does not need an exorcist, she needs a sleep clinic.

Of course, you have to mean it and understand that it's true. If she doesn't believe her words they won't work. But she ought to believe them, because they are true. There is no energy more powerful in her life than her own.

An incubus is a demon that has sex with women while they're sleeping. Seriously doubt that's what's going with your friend.
