I have always had only myself to depend on. I would not know how to act if I had a shoulder to lean on.

As a Christian I trust in the good Lord up above, In Hebrews 13:8 it says, Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. People may change, your friends may change, but Jesus doesn't. Our God is the one constant in the world. A lot of our problems can be solved on our knees in Prayer. When you are in need, cry out to God, he always heres, there is no place in the universe that God is not present, he is all knowing and all seeing, a very present help in time of need.

I may sound like a fanatic, but I'm not. I must say that many have left me alone, but the one that has never left me, his name is Jesus, and those that know me and are truly his servants have also been with me in the time of need, family and friends included. I can tell you, when everyone is gone and I'm all alone, the feeling of His love for me, and the peace He provides that passeth all understanding, is what really helps me go through every day.

I depend upon myself. God has given me everything I need to survive in this world, brains, 2 strong arms, etc. What else do I need?

My family. My loved ones. My friends. Who else?

I first try to analyze why I am facing that particular challenge at this particular time.

I see what it is I need to learn, how I need to grow etc.
If it is something particularly overwhelming I share with my husband and close wise older friends.
I draw on all my resources, knowledge, inner strength, convictions, truths.

And during that entire time I also continue to ask my Creator, guides and angels for their added power and strength.
