Quite frankly, we are enjoying the silence and don't care if said person ever speaks to us again. What should we do? We are open to all suggestions and comments...sarcastic, practical, serious, humerous, etc.

We think our supervisor is responsible for said person not talking.

Let it go, if you don't miss her talking, why bother?

AHHHHH, the sounds of silence....however, as a mother, when there's silence, I REALLY begin to wonder what my kids are up to as should you wonder what your boss is up to!
Is your boss using the divide and conquer or Macavalian style of leadership? Is he/she pitting you against each other?

I say kill 'em with kindess. START A CONVERSATION!!!!

BE AN ADULT!

Haaa, let it go on for as long as she stays mad, and enjoy the silence! I had a co-worker who did this as well- normally she talked non-stop, but she'd get mad (sometimes for no apparent reason), and give me the cold shoulder. I loved it!

I used to walk in my co-workers office and give her a list of crap she hated doing.. but since she wasnt talking to me she'd just glare at me....but several hours later she would come slammin the work completed on my desk.

Just ignore this co-worker, and maybe he or she will quit. And if that happens, be sure you throw a gone away party in that person's honor.

No, that's not a going away party, it's a gone away party.

A going away party is a party you throw when someone is going away.

A gone away party is the party you throw . . . after they're gone!

If you don't have to talk to her as part of your job then don't worry. Otherwise bring it up with your supervisor.

Unless it is somehow making the work environment tense, I wouldn't worry about it
