if Im sleepy, I try to look foward to enjoying the next 20 minutes of INterrupted sleep as my snooze button keeps going off every 5 minutes...
Then I look forward to making the most of the new day God woke me up to see...I say "thank you Lord", get outta bed and get on my knees to pray, and then wake my kids to get ready for school...
(my home and body is a drug free zone)

That first cup of coffee ... and the bathroom of course lol.
Unlike you, I'm up at 4:30 am. It's the best time of day for me. The coffee's hot and the shower feels good. Because I've got 2 little ones, it's the only time of day that I get to be alone with my husband too.

I love knowing I have a hot cup of coffee waiting for me. And I like long, leisurely breakfasts while reading the newspaper on the weekends.
