The most important thing that will help you feel more comfortable is to make sure you are prepared. It's okay to go into an interview with questions that you have written down. I have always made a list of questions before going into an interview. I think it shows that I'm well organized, prepared and it makes me feel more confidant.
Also if your interview is in the morning make sure you eat breakfast and get a good nights sleep. Nothing is more important then looking and feeling your best. If you look good you'll feel good.

Understand you would not have been invited to interview if the company were not impressed by what they saw on your resume. They are not looking to waste your time. Consider this YOUR interview of the company; be focused and do your homework about the company, especially recent performance. Go into the interview with the idea they WANT you and know what you are talking about. Suggest something that you think they could do to improve website, customer service, etc. that shows you're not just looking for a paycheck (even if that is your sole motivation). Good luck.

getting an edge in the world of business goes back centuries, so there are no rules , my suggestion to you is to either find a girlfriend or a guy friend who may have the ability to get you a valium or a xanax, this will take away all feelings of anxiety and leave you one cool cucumber . a doctor may even prescribe a one or 2 day dose and this is the path you should actually shoose cause you def. dont want to take too much and a practice run would be nie so you know what to expect . dont just dismiss this idea on the basisof drug use b/c this is too important of a decision to screw it up just b/c youve got a little interview fright . the xanax and valium will give much needed confidence and allow you to talk freely . goodluck and if you have any questions about these supplements feel free to email me i have been taking them on and off for years , i am a business owner and from experience these do help tremendously.. good luck

I take your report as serious. My answer is sincere: you seem to be suffering from a classic anxiety disorder that is common in both females and males in your early adulthood. My suggestion would be to talk to a psychiatrist who is will treat your condition as a biochemical imbalance until ruled out. From personal experience at your age, I paid for treatment with "talk therapists." Only upon finding a psychiatrist who treated my anxiety with the appropriate tranquillizer did complete an advanced education and build a career. You must realize that there are millions of people who feel like they are dying, or have a life threatening disease, sound familiar. You cannot improve with age because you are emotionally paralyzed. Again, avoid these talk therapists types. Yours is a medical condition and should be treated with those modalities. I wish you the best of luck. Please remember that there is a difference between drug use and abuse.

well,,the best u can do is to prepare for it...
if you are prepared for an interview,be prepared and always think that you are more prepared than anybody else in the interview.
have a good sleep before the interview and rehearse it maybe a week before, once every day.
do not think about the interview the day before, try diverting your attention by doing sports, watching movies or any recreational activities, but don't overdo it.
these should be good tips.=]

Valium guy was funny, yeah take 3 valiums and be a zombie at the interview. Valium is ok, I guess, if you know how to use it. I have an interview coming up that is supposed to last for hours. Try bribery, large monetary gifts to key decision makers.

Take a deep breath, let it out slowly, Repeat 2 more times. While doing the breathing exercise say aloud, "I can do this." Keep repeating all the time until you are asked your first interview question.

Well... let´s see. I´m an actress and when I go to an audition what I usually do is asking myself, ¿is all this going to matter in a hundred years? Obviously not, so why worry? Works for me, but if it doesn´t work for you, look for a quiet place and start breathing with your stomach, inflate and deflate it like it was a balloon, it will relax you.
Remember, you don´t have the job yet, so you haven´t gained anything, so you don´t loose anything if they reject you.
Hope it works.:o)

a little bit of relaxation of nerves through breathing exercises and meditation would help calm your nerve.
apart from this, just in case you have heard of homeopathic medicines, see if you can get a medicine by the name of Argentum Nitricum in 30c potency, have five pills of these a night before the interview and five in the morning before going for the interview.
this would take care of all your anxieties
good luck

Take a deep breath and put things in perspective. An interview is as much for you as it is for the prospective employer. Look at it as an opportunity to discover whether the job is the right fit for you too.
