There are so many variations because companies are always trying to make more money from a product that sells. At least the strawberry and golden Oreos are good. Peanut butter is next on my list.

People like variety, The original is the best for me, My frige always has a package oforeos, And as another person said, the oreo cakes are not that good at all. I bought a box and tried one, and gave them to my grand kids to take home.

Crazy huh! All I can say... is DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or taste buds on the Oreo Cakes. It is Oreos way of trying to make a hostess cupcake! I was sold in the store! But now... I have a drawer full of them. They are super dry!

Like everything else, you seem to have to try and please everyone. That means making a variety. There is nothing wrong with it, at least they still have the original.
