i mean what kind of experiences or skills will be needed as an employer in an embassy?

It depends where the embassy is located and which country you want to work for.

American embassies usually hire locally for janitors, gardeners, motorpool drivers (chauffeurs), voucher examiners, cashiers, security guards, warehousemen, mechanics, maintenance men, etc.
